Before-sale Service
We provide free design for the plane layout of furniture,
space simulation, engineering coordination and irregular product
structure along with an ideal quality-price ratio.
During-sale Service
We provide customers with free consultancy in respect
of the Do’s and Don’ts for the purchase and maintenance of
furniture as well as other furniture-related expertise.
We have a Department of Engineering Management composed of
professional engineers and experienced technicians, who will
track the services provided to improve products to the maximum
extent as required by customers, follow up orders and engineering
details, ensure the safe delivery and hitch-free installation
of furniture, handle all affairs on site, explain the functions
of furniture and guide the correct use of furniture.
After-sale Service
We provide a 5-year warranty for the products(Detail).
During the period, we will make free repair or replacement
of products with quality problems not resulting from improper
use or man-made damage. For man-made damage, we will charge
only some material fees without labor cost and accessory fees.
Our Department of After-sale Service is responsible for handling
customer inquiries, complaints and product repair to ensure
that a response is made within 24 hours after receipt of information
and a solution plan is submitted within 3 days thereafter.
All the products are sold at the most preferential prices.
